This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Ambassador Boutique may deliver products to customers in:

  • European Union Member States;
  • United Kingdom;
  • Switzerland;
  • Iceland; and
  • Norway.

Availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs restrictions and other operational considerations.

A destination that is technically displayed during checkout may nevertheless be subject to product-specific restrictions.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel characteristics and available delivery method.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted, unless shipping is expressly advertised as free.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • destination country;
  • parcel size;
  • parcel weight;
  • number of items;
  • delivery service;
  • remote-area surcharges;
  • and other carrier requirements.

We do not guarantee a universal flat-rate shipping fee.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within approximately 1–2 business days after successful payment and order validation.

Processing times are estimates and may be longer during:

  • weekends and public holidays;
  • promotional periods;
  • unusually high order volumes;
  • stock reconciliation;
  • payment verification;
  • or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The estimated dispatch time does not replace any mandatory delivery deadline imposed by law.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Unless a different delivery estimate is displayed at checkout, indicative delivery times after dispatch are generally:

European Union

Approximately 3–7 business days.

United Kingdom

Approximately 4–10 business days.

Switzerland

Approximately 4–10 business days.

Norway

Approximately 4–10 business days.

Iceland

Approximately 4–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs processing, remote-area delivery, carrier disruption and other circumstances may extend delivery times.

5. LEGAL DELIVERY DEADLINE

For consumer transactions covered by EU law, where no other delivery period has been agreed, goods should generally be delivered within 30 days.

Where a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed, that agreed period will apply subject to mandatory law.

If delivery does not occur within the applicable legally required period, consumers may have rights to require delivery and, in certain circumstances, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

6. TRACKING

Where available, a tracking number may be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information is supplied by the carrier and may not update immediately.

Carrier tracking estimates are outside Ambassador Boutique’s direct control.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Carriers may make one or more delivery attempts or redirect parcels to a collection point.

Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions and collecting parcels within the applicable collection period.

8. ACCURATE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

This should include, where applicable:

  • full name;
  • street and number;
  • apartment/unit number;
  • postal code;
  • city;
  • country;
  • and any other information required for delivery.

Customers should notify us immediately if an address error is identified before dispatch.

Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made.

9. FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery fails because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect the parcel or another circumstance attributable to the customer, the parcel may be returned to Ambassador Boutique.

Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable costs directly resulting from the failed delivery or return may be recoverable from the customer.

This provision does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal.

10. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Customers should inspect the parcel upon delivery.

If the external packaging is visibly damaged, customers should, where possible:

  1. photograph the parcel before opening it;
  2. photograph the shipping label;
  3. photograph the visible damage;
  4. record any carrier damage notation;
  5. photograph the internal packaging after opening; and
  6. contact Ambassador Boutique promptly.

Customers are strongly requested to notify us within 24 hours of delivery of visible transport damage or other issues apparent upon initial inspection.

This 24-hour request is intended to facilitate carrier investigations and does not remove statutory consumer rights.

11. MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should check the contents of the parcel promptly.

If an item is missing, incorrect or visibly damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the packaging, shipping label and contents may be requested.

We may investigate warehouse and carrier records before determining the appropriate remedy.

12. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs procedures.

Depending on the destination and the applicable fulfilment structure, the customer may be responsible for:

  • import VAT;
  • customs duties;
  • customs clearance fees;
  • brokerage or handling charges;
  • storage fees;
  • or other amounts imposed by local authorities or carriers.

Where applicable taxes and duties are collected by Ambassador Boutique during checkout, this will be indicated before purchase.

We do not guarantee that every shipment to every international destination will be delivered on a duty-paid basis.

13. UNITED KINGDOM

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, VAT and customs treatment may depend on:

  • the value of the consignment;
  • where the goods are located at the time of sale;
  • the applicable UK VAT rules;
  • the fulfilment structure;
  • and whether applicable VAT is collected at checkout.

Where UK VAT is collected at checkout, this will be reflected in the applicable order pricing.

For consignments subject to import procedures, the customer may be responsible for applicable import VAT, customs duties and carrier charges unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

14. NORWAY

Norwegian VAT and import treatment may depend on the product, value, seller registration status and applicable Norwegian rules.

Where Ambassador Boutique uses an applicable simplified VAT collection mechanism, the relevant tax may be collected at checkout.

Where import VAT, customs duties or carrier charges remain payable on delivery, these may be charged to the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

15. SWITZERLAND

Swiss import VAT, customs and clearance treatment may depend on the destination, shipment and applicable Swiss rules.

Where applicable Swiss VAT is collected at checkout, this will be indicated.

Where taxes or import charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them upon importation.

16. ICELAND

Deliveries to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic import VAT, customs procedures, handling fees or other charges depending on the shipment and applicable rules.

Where such charges are not expressly included at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them.

17. TAXES

Applicable VAT treatment depends on the destination and applicable tax rules.

As a general reference:

  • Luxembourg standard VAT: 17%;
  • UK standard VAT: 20%;
  • Norway standard VAT: 25%;
  • Switzerland standard VAT: 8.1%.

Actual taxation may differ depending on the product and transaction.

The checkout calculation and applicable tax rules for the specific transaction prevail.

18. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed by:

  • customs;
  • carrier disruption;
  • strikes;
  • severe weather;
  • public holidays;
  • incorrect address information;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • remote destinations;
  • security controls;
  • unusually high parcel volumes;
  • or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

19. LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a parcel has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should contact us promptly.

We may request information concerning:

  • the delivery address;
  • household members;
  • building reception;
  • neighbours;
  • collection points;
  • and carrier communications.

We may open an investigation with the carrier.

The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

20. RISK IN TRANSIT

For consumer transactions, risk generally remains with Ambassador Boutique until the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Customers should therefore contact us if a parcel is lost or materially damaged before delivery.

21. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS

A customer should not refuse delivery merely to initiate a return where the applicable withdrawal procedure can reasonably be followed.

Where a parcel is refused or left unclaimed, it may be returned to us.

Any refund will be handled according to the applicable statutory or contractual rules.

Where the failed delivery results from circumstances attributable to the customer, reasonable directly incurred costs may be recoverable where legally permitted.

22. DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

Where an order contains multiple products, we may dispatch products separately.

Where separate shipments are necessary because products have different availability or fulfilment requirements, applicable shipping charges will be determined according to the information presented during checkout.

23. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may not be available for delivery to every destination because of:

  • carrier restrictions;
  • customs restrictions;
  • safety regulations;
  • product composition;
  • size or weight;
  • import restrictions;
  • or other legal or logistical requirements.

Where a product cannot legally or operationally be delivered to the selected destination, we may cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for the affected product.

24. DELIVERY AND PRODUCT SAFETY

Ambassador Boutique takes reasonable measures to ensure that products are stored and transported in conditions that do not compromise their conformity or safety.

Customers should inspect products after delivery and follow applicable instructions and warnings.

25. CONTACT REGARDING DELIVERY

For delivery issues, please contact:

[CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]

Please provide:

  • order number;
  • name;
  • delivery address;
  • tracking number, if available;
  • date of delivery or attempted delivery;
  • photographs, where relevant;
  • and a description of the issue.

26. RELATIONSHIP WITH RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Delivery issues involving:

  • visible damage;
  • missing products;
  • incorrect products;
  • defective products;
  • withdrawal;
  • returns;
  • refunds;
  • repairs;
  • and replacements

are handled in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Where this Shipping Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, mandatory law prevails.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery of particular products to particular destinations where required by law, carrier restrictions, product-safety requirements or other applicable regulations.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders containing products shown as in stock are normally prepared for dispatch within:

1–2 business days

This is an estimated processing timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders are normally processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Luxembourg public holidays and days on which our warehouse or fulfilment partner is closed.

Orders placed after a daily processing cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

The applicable cut-off time, where relevant, will be displayed during checkout or communicated with the order.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

For convenience, the following estimated delivery timeframes may apply to standard deliveries:

Destination Estimated delivery time Shipping cost
Luxembourg 1–3 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]
Belgium 2–4 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]
France 2–4 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]
Germany 2–4 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]

United Kingdom 3–7 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]
Switzerland 3–7 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]
Norway 4–8 business days €[TO BE CONFIRMED]

These timeframes are estimates only.

The actual delivery period may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, customs processing, public holidays, weather, transport disruption and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation is the most relevant estimate for your particular order.

4. OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

Estimated delivery times apply primarily to products that are available in stock.

If an ordered product is temporarily out of stock or has a longer availability period, the applicable information will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where we are unable to fulfil the affected part of your order, you will receive a refund for any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost applicable to your order depends on:

  • the destination country;
  • the delivery method;
  • the size and/or weight of the parcel;
  • the products included in the order; and
  • any promotional free-shipping offer applicable at the time of purchase.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you submit your order and will form part of the total amount payable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges are additional to the product price.

6. FREE SHIPPING

Ambassador Boutique may offer free standard shipping when an order reaches a specified minimum value.

Where free shipping is available, the applicable threshold will be displayed on the Website and/or during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping applies only to the delivery method and destination covered by the relevant promotion.

Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to exclusions, minimum order values, product restrictions or geographical limitations.

7. SHIPPING COSTS BY DESTINATION

The following table may be used to communicate our standard shipping charges once the applicable carrier rates have been confirmed:

Switzerland €[ ] €[ ] 3–7 business days
Norway €[ ] €[ ] 4–8 business days

The shipping charges and delivery estimates shown at checkout take precedence over the indicative information contained in this table.

8. DELIVERY TIME CALCULATION

Estimated delivery time generally consists of:

Order processing time + carrier transit time

For example, if an order is placed on a Monday and is processed on Tuesday, a stated delivery estimate of 3–5 business days generally refers to the carrier transit period after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Weekends and public holidays are generally not counted as business days.

Where a delivery deadline is legally binding under applicable consumer law, the statutory deadline takes precedence over any estimate contained in this Policy.

9. TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the relevant tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided by the carrier to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery estimates are based on information provided by the carrier and may change.

10. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The carrier may attempt delivery according to its own delivery procedures.

Depending on the destination and carrier, the parcel may be:

  • delivered directly to the address;
  • delivered to a safe place where permitted;
  • delivered to a neighbour where permitted;
  • redirected to a parcel shop or collection point; or
  • returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If a parcel is returned to Ambassador Boutique because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or because the parcel was not collected within the applicable collection period, we will contact you where appropriate to determine whether a new delivery can be arranged.

Additional delivery charges may apply to a second delivery where the failed delivery resulted from information or actions attributable to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. ACCURACY OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please carefully check:

  • full name;
  • street and house number;
  • apartment/unit number;
  • postal code;
  • city;
  • country; and
  • telephone number where requested.

Ambassador Boutique is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at:

[CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.

12. ONE DELIVERY ADDRESS PER ORDER

Unless otherwise expressly offered by Ambassador Boutique, each order may be shipped to one delivery address only.

If you wish to send products to different addresses, separate orders may be required.

13. DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES AND SPECIAL ADDRESSES

Delivery to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, military addresses, diplomatic addresses or other special delivery locations may not be available for all countries or carriers.

The delivery options available for your address will be displayed during checkout.

We may restrict certain products or shipping methods where the carrier cannot safely or legally deliver them to the selected address.

14. REMOTE AND RURAL DESTINATIONS

Delivery to remote, rural, island or geographically difficult-to-access destinations may take longer than the standard estimated delivery timeframe.

Additional shipping charges may apply where expressly indicated before checkout.

Express or expedited delivery may not be available to all remote destinations.

15. BULKY, OVERSIZED OR SPECIAL-HANDLING PRODUCTS

Certain products may require special handling because of their size, weight, dimensions, packaging requirements or carrier restrictions.

Where a product requires special delivery arrangements, this information will be communicated on the product page, during checkout or in the order confirmation.

Such products may:

  • have a longer delivery time;
  • incur additional shipping charges;
  • be delivered separately; or
  • be unavailable for delivery to certain destinations.

Any additional charge applicable to the order will be disclosed before the customer submits the order.

16. MULTIPLE PARCELS

An order containing several products may be divided into multiple parcels.

This may occur because:

  • products are stored at different locations;
  • products have different dimensions;
  • products require different handling;
  • products become available at different times; or
  • the carrier’s operational requirements make separate parcels appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, you will not be charged additional shipping costs merely because we split one order into multiple parcels.

17. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FORMALITIES

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs or import formalities may apply.

This is particularly relevant to:

  • the United Kingdom;
  • Switzerland; and
  • Norway.

The treatment of VAT, customs duties, import VAT and clearance charges depends on the destination country, the value and nature of the goods, the applicable customs rules and the tax status of the seller.

Where Ambassador Boutique is required or permitted to collect the applicable destination VAT at checkout, the applicable tax will be included in the amount presented to you.

Where taxes or customs charges are payable upon importation and have not been collected at checkout, they may be charged by the customs authority or carrier before or upon delivery.

18. UNITED KINGDOM – VAT AND CUSTOMS

For deliveries to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), UK VAT and customs rules applicable to goods imported from outside the UK will apply.

For consignments with a total intrinsic value of £135 or less, special UK VAT rules generally apply to direct sales by overseas sellers. Where applicable, Ambassador Boutique will charge and account for UK VAT at the point of sale in accordance with UK law.

For consignments exceeding £135, normal import VAT and customs rules generally apply. Depending on the delivery arrangement, the customer may be responsible for import VAT, customs duty and/or carrier clearance charges.

The £135 threshold applies to the relevant consignment value under UK rules and is not simply a per-product threshold.

Where the applicable tax treatment changes according to the destination or order value, the amount payable and/or applicable import arrangements will be communicated during checkout where reasonably possible.

UK VAT is currently charged at a standard rate of 20% for most goods, although the applicable rate depends on the nature of the product.

19. NORWAY – VAT AND VOEC

Orders delivered to Norway are subject to Norwegian VAT and customs rules.

Where Ambassador Boutique is registered under Norway’s VOEC (VAT on E-Commerce) scheme and the products qualify for VOEC treatment, Norwegian VAT will be collected at checkout for eligible goods.

Under the VOEC rules, the simplified scheme generally applies to qualifying goods with a value below NOK 3,000 per item. Certain categories, including goods subject to excise duties and certain restricted goods, may fall outside the scheme.

Where VOEC applies, the applicable Norwegian VAT should be paid at checkout and the shipment should be processed so that the customer is not charged the same VAT again upon import.

Where VOEC does not apply, the customer may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and/or carrier clearance charges.

Norway’s standard VAT rate is currently 25% for most goods and services. The applicable rate depends on the nature of the product.

Ambassador Boutique will apply the Norwegian tax treatment applicable to its products and registration status at the time of sale.

20. SWITZERLAND – VAT AND CUSTOMS

Orders delivered to Switzerland are subject to Swiss VAT and customs rules.

Swiss VAT treatment for foreign mail-order businesses depends, among other things, on the value and volume of shipments and whether the seller becomes subject to Swiss VAT under the Swiss mail-order rules.

Swiss rules currently provide that a foreign mail-order business reaching the relevant CHF 100,000 annual turnover threshold from qualifying small consignments may become liable for Swiss VAT and may need to register with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.

Where Ambassador Boutique is required to collect Swiss VAT, the applicable Swiss VAT will be charged in accordance with Swiss law and the applicable tax treatment.

Where Swiss import VAT or customs charges are payable by the recipient, these may be collected by the carrier or customs authority.

The standard Swiss VAT rate is currently 8.1% for most goods and services. Certain categories may qualify for reduced rates.

Ambassador Boutique will apply the Swiss tax treatment applicable to the relevant order and its Swiss VAT status at the time of sale.

21. EUROPEAN UNION – VAT

For deliveries to EU Member States, the applicable VAT treatment depends on the destination country, the nature of the products and the applicable EU VAT rules.

For qualifying B2C distance sales of goods within the EU, VAT is generally accounted for in the Member State of destination, subject to the applicable rules and thresholds.

Ambassador Boutique may use the applicable EU VAT One Stop Shop (“OSS”) mechanism where appropriate.

The VAT rate displayed at checkout will be the rate applicable to the relevant transaction.

For reference, Luxembourg’s standard VAT rate is currently 17%, while the standard rates in other EU Member States vary.

The applicable VAT rate may be different for specific products where a reduced or special rate is legally applicable.

22. VAT-INCLUSIVE PRICES

Where required by applicable consumer law, prices displayed to consumers will include the applicable VAT.

The VAT amount or applicable tax treatment may depend on:

  • delivery country;
  • product category;
  • customer’s status;
  • order value; and
  • applicable tax rules.

The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before the order is submitted.

23. CURRENCY

The Website may display product and shipping prices in EUR (€).

Where the checkout system supports another currency, the applicable currency and amount will be displayed before payment.

For tax and customs purposes, authorities may apply their own exchange rates when converting the value of goods into the relevant local currency.

The amount charged by a payment provider or card issuer may differ slightly due to currency conversion or foreign transaction fees imposed by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Such fees are outside Ambassador Boutique’s control.

24. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CLEARANCE FEES

Where applicable, customs duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees may be charged separately from the shipping price.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s laws and/or the carrier or customs authority.

Ambassador Boutique cannot guarantee the amount of any customs charge unless we expressly collect and include the relevant tax or duty at checkout.

Customers should not assume that the shipping fee includes import duties unless the checkout expressly states that duties are included.

25. DELIVERY DELAYS CAUSED BY CUSTOMS

For international shipments, customs authorities may temporarily hold a parcel for:

  • customs inspection;
  • documentation;
  • tax assessment;
  • product classification;
  • import restrictions;
  • missing information; or
  • other customs requirements.

Such delays are outside Ambassador Boutique’s direct control.

We will nevertheless provide reasonable assistance where information or documentation from us is required.

26. RESTRICTED PRODUCTS AND DESTINATIONS

Some products may be subject to transport or import restrictions.

Restrictions may arise because of:

  • product composition;
  • batteries or other regulated components;
  • size or weight;
  • customs regulations;
  • animal-health rules;
  • product-safety requirements;
  • prohibited or restricted imports; or
  • carrier restrictions.

If a product cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the selected destination, we may prevent the customer from completing the order or cancel the affected product and refund the amount paid.

27. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:

  1. photograph the parcel before opening it;
  2. photograph any damaged product or packaging;
  3. retain the original packaging;
  4. contact Ambassador Boutique as soon as reasonably possible; and
  5. provide the order number and relevant photographs.

Where possible, serious visible damage should be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.

However, failure to notify us or the carrier immediately does not remove your statutory consumer rights concerning defective or damaged goods.

28. LOST PARCELS

If tracking indicates that your parcel has not been delivered or appears to be lost, please contact us at:

[CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Where Ambassador Boutique is legally responsible for the delivery, we will take the appropriate steps required by applicable law, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Consumers are not deprived of their statutory rights merely because a carrier reports a parcel as delivered where the goods were not actually received in accordance with applicable law.

29. INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery fails because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused the parcel, failed to collect it, or otherwise caused the delivery failure, we may contact the customer to arrange a solution.

Where a new delivery is requested, additional shipping costs may apply where legally permissible and where the additional cost results from circumstances attributable to the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us and the customer does not request a new delivery or refund within a reasonable period, we may take the steps permitted under applicable law.

30. FORWARDING SERVICES

Customers should provide their actual intended delivery address.

If a customer voluntarily instructs Ambassador Boutique to deliver an order to a third-party forwarding or freight-forwarding company, responsibility for the subsequent forwarding of the goods may pass to that third party once the goods have been delivered to it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where the customer uses a forwarding company, we recommend that the customer arrange for the parcel to be inspected for visible damage before the forwarding company accepts it.

31. DELIVERY SIGNATURES

Depending on the carrier, destination and value of the shipment, a signature or other delivery confirmation may be required.

If a signature is required, the carrier may not be able to leave the parcel unattended.

The availability of signature delivery depends on the selected shipping method and carrier.

32. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Orders are generally processed on business days.

Luxembourg public holidays and public holidays in the destination country may affect processing or delivery times.

Carrier schedules may also be affected by:

  • Christmas and New Year periods;
  • Easter;
  • national holidays;
  • severe weather;
  • strikes;
  • transport disruptions; or
  • exceptionally high parcel volumes.

During such periods, delivery may take longer than the standard estimate.

33. WEEKEND DELIVERY

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed unless a specific delivery service displayed at checkout expressly provides for it.

Where weekend delivery is unavailable, orders processed before a weekend or public holiday may be delivered on the next available business day.

34. EXPRESS DELIVERY

If Ambassador Boutique offers express or expedited delivery, the available service, delivery estimate and additional charge will be displayed during checkout.

Express delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available to every destination.

An express delivery estimate does not override mandatory consumer delivery rights.

If an express service cannot be provided after it has been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

35. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfilment where the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may instead need to be handled through the statutory withdrawal and returns process.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory right of withdrawal.

36. DELIVERY AND THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The estimated delivery periods in this Shipping Policy do not affect the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

Further information is available in our General Terms and Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.

37. STATUTORY DELIVERY RIGHTS

If Ambassador Boutique fails to deliver within the delivery period agreed with the consumer or within the period required by applicable law, the consumer may have statutory rights to require delivery within an additional appropriate period and, in certain circumstances, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

These rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances of the individual order.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits those statutory rights.

39. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

Ambassador Boutique may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • changes in shipping providers;
  • changes in delivery destinations;
  • changes in shipping prices;
  • changes in tax or customs requirements;
  • changes in applicable law; or
