Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
