1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM [Luxembourg timezone] will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following:
- Domestic Orders: EU countries
- International Orders: Worldwide shipping available (exceptions may apply due to local restrictions)

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International (where available): 3–7 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier disruptions, holidays).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over €100
- Express shipping options may incur additional charges
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon delivery.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs or for orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s status.

7. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Ambassador Boutique is not liable for orders lost or delayed by shipping carriers, but we will assist you in filing claims where applicable.
